Jr NTR to Attend Court Today?

Jr NTR is supposed to attend the court regarding an accident that happened in 2009 March when NTR was campaigning for Telugu Desam Party. The accident involved Jr NTR, Actor Rajiv Kanakala and his driver Uday Kumar. NTR and the driver were injured in the accident. There were rumors that NTR was driving the vehicle instead of his driver. The police has recorded a case against driver Uday Kumar under section IPC 338. Rajiv Kanakala and Uday Kumar has already attended the Suryapet court regarding this case on June 23rd. The judge has ordered Jr NTR to attend the court and the case was postponed to August 1st. The question is if NTR will attend the court today.
